You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

This four bedroom single story villa is delightfully located just a short drive from Mallorcas popular towns of Alcudia and Port de Alcudia. We were instantly captivated by the luscious private garden that surrounds Villa Aubellons and the breathtaking views over the S'Alburefeta wetland and the Tramuntana Mountain range. You can enjoy even better views from the roof terrace, complete with sun loungers and garden furniture.
Lets step inside! You'll find a comfortable living and dining area, complete with satellite TV, DVD player and doors to the balcony terrace. Offering even more remarkable views of the landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped with another wooden dining table, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There's also four bedrooms, one double and three twin rooms. All bedrooms share three separate bathrooms, one with external access only and doubles up as a utility with a washing machine.
Step back outside and you'll be standing under the covered terrace, complete with table tennis, an outdoor kitchen area and a brick-built BBQ. Try your hand at outdoor cooking and take your pick of the alfresco dining facilities.
Want to step back in time? Then take a trip to the Roman Ruins of old Pollensa, just a short 10 minute drive away. If history isn't your thing then enjoy a day at the beach in Port de Alcudia, well known for its water sports enthusiasts.
