You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

The spacious villa is ideal for families, as well as groups of friends looking for privacy, luxury and upgraded living. Comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, there are three bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. The modern Master Bedroom is really special, with a king-sized bed, ensuite facilities and private balcony access. The large, open-plan living and dining area is lavishly decorated and guests can prepare their meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Outside, large verandas overlook the Mediterranean garden and the private pool, where a complete set of sunbeds and parasols provide an excellent setting for relaxation on those hot summer days in Rhodes. Barbecue facilities and furnished dining and lounge areas make alfresco dining a delight, where you can spend many evenings catching up with family and friends.
The villa is an ideal base close to both Faliraki and Kallithea with a wide range of conveniences, as well as the amazing water park of Rhodes, considered one of the largest in Europe. Kallithea beach composed of small creeks covered with pine-trees is your closest beach, while Faliraki is located only a short drive away with multiple beaches and a wide range of watersports.
