You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 650cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The path to the poolside is 120cm wide. The terrace is flat but features concrete crazy paving with patches of lawn. Inside, the door to the ground floor double bedroom is 80cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 71cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
