You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Situated in a delightful hillside position overlooking the resort of Nissaki, the location feels incredibly private yet you’re just a short distance away from several beaches, shops and local tavernas.
From the shared driveway with its sister villa Selini, steps lead down through an amazing array of verdant trees and flowers to this charming property, making it feel like a tropical oasis. The interiors exude a peaceful cosy atmosphere with three airy and bright bedrooms and a lovely open plan living area, with large glass doors inviting you out directly to the large upper floor terrace. With a dining table, built-in barbecue, lounge furniture and a canopy porch swing, there are plenty of areas from which to enjoy the best views across the sea to the twinkling lights of Corfu Town.
The gorgeous pool terrace features a freeform style private pool surrounded by a charming patio with plenty of sunloungers and table tennis. This is a particularly peaceful spot in which to sit back and admire the green hills that stretch down to the cobalt sea. A short drive down the hill will take you into Nissaki, with a church, several mini-markets and an excellent bakery, along with a pretty horseshoe bay with turquoise waters and beachfront tavernas.

The area surrounding the villa is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path that is 150cm, the path leads to 44 steps to the front door, and the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining rooms have wide open passageways. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 90cm wide. The paving around the pool is not flat and there are multiple steep steps towards the pool area. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
