You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

An elevated hillside position, fabulous sea views and easy access to the typical Greek village of Nissaki all combine to make Selini Villa an enticing holiday location in Corfu. Sharing a driveway with its sister villa, Nefeli, a pathway with a couple of steps leads down through manicured grounds to the villa, welcoming guests with tasteful furnishings and open plan living comprising a kitchen, dining and living area with a cosy brick-built fireplace. From this space, large glass doors lead onto the spacious covered terrace, featuring a built-in barbecue and dining facilities, perfect for long summer evenings in the open air. There are two bedrooms sleeping four guests, however if you need to accommodate a bigger group, why not rent neighbouring Villa Nefeli which sleeps six guests, perfect for groups of friends or two or more families who want to holiday together.
The delightful patio with a pool is set amongst lush green countryside overlooking the cobalt sea of the Corfu Channel towards the Albanian mountains. These mesmerising panoramas make being outside a true pleasure, whether you’re dining alfresco, playing table tennis or simply lazing on one of the sunloungers. Enjoy your villa with private pool or venture into the conveniently close village of Nissaki, with amenities just under a kilometre away. The small village is home to three picturesque coves with pebble beaches and clear blue waters ideal for snorkelling, as well as a bakery, several mini-markets and cafes where you can indulge in popular delicacies such as baklava.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front is 85cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room have wide open passageways. There are 2 ways to access the pool/terrace area, the first way from the villa has 16 fairly steep steps and the other way has 5 low gradual steps and then 5 normal steps, the entrance of the door is 85cm wide. The outside grounds are mostly flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
