You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Maison Rose Overview
This beautiful holiday home’s countryside location couldn’t be any more picturesque. Set in the foothills of the rolling Luberon mountains, the landscape is absolutely magical and the grand farmhouse makes for a very comfortable stay in Provence.
This exceptional villa boasts sunshine-filled interiors and 21st century facilities, with care taken to maintain the original authenticity and charm of the farmhouse. Within its walls are spacious and elegant rooms furnished to a high standard, with luxuries including a grand piano, a library and even a cinema room. Each of the six bedrooms have been decorated with a plush design and are complemented by well-equipped ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are accessed via a separate entrance off the courtyard, so there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. A housekeeper also lives on the property. The final authentic touch to Maison Rose is the impressive wine cellar, separate from the main house but with a twin entrance and wonderfully preserved original stone table.
The villa has been designed with many courtyards and terraces to eat, sit and relax amidst this beautiful setting. The landscaped gardens cover 8,500 sqm and are adorned with olive trees, fountains and a vineyard, so you’re bound to find the perfect spot to soak up the balmy weather. There is also a gorgeous private pool ideal for cooling down on those warm Provençal afternoons and nearby, plenty of rural walks to enjoy around the scenic Luberon Valley and its charming towns.
