You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Maison Fleur is situated on a hilltop close to the picturesque village of La Garde-Freinet, with far-reaching views across the forested hills towards Grimaud and the Gulf of St Tropez. This family villa on the Côte d’Azur basks in serene terraced grounds with appeasing country views; a world apart yet just 30 minutes from St. Tropez’s beaches, cafes and vibrant nightlife.
Completely refurbished to a comfortable, modern standard; simplicity and space create the perfect four-bedroom holiday home. The split-level ground floor houses the traditional country kitchen with a French door leading to a pergola-covered dining area, as well as the open plan living/dining room which has a more contemporary feel with whitewashed walls, pops of colour and abundant light seeping through the balcony windows. Spiral stairs lead down to the lower ground floor’s summer living room and snug overlooking the pool – perfect for cosy family movie nights. A total of eight guests can be accommodated in the four beautiful double and twin bedrooms with fabulous views.
The garden is pierced by tall cypress trees and offers various dining and seating areas, and a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. Although the villa is secluded in tranquil surroundings, the medieval village of La Garde-Freinet is just one kilometre away, with colourful twice weekly markets, numerous shops and restaurants. With St Tropez being just half an away, Maison Fleur is perfect for both action-packed and restful getaways.
