Beautifully presented villa outside space perfect everywhere clean and tidy one of the best villas we’ve stayed in over the years in Playa Blanca Negatives would be definitely needs upgrade on BBQ and privacy in bedroom and en-suite questionable as able to see through blinds from outside when lights on inside However this did not detract from a wonderful holiday in Lanzarote and wouldn’t stop us from rebooking

We always book with Solmar Villas and can honestly say this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. The location was nice peaceful and relaxing and the local shops only a five minute walk away and a bus ride into Playa Blanca centre was about 15/20 mins or only 4 euros in taxi The villa itself was immaculate, very modern and very spacious. If I have one complaint it would be on our departure morning we had to be out of villa for 10am so had booked the taxi for then , the cleaner turned up at 9.30 and pulled into the little driveway and started reving her engine pulling on and off the drive and being rather intimidating this didn’t help as I have a 7yr old autistic daughter who needs preparing for any change in routine and this is what I was doing at the time but the cleaners attitude made it very stressful to do so so we ended up just strapping her into buggy and leaving with my daughter upset as it was causing her anxiety. Apart from that I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is thinking about going I will definitely be returning

Just come back from this villa. It was amazing so spacious beautifully done and comfortable the kitchen had everything you need with a large fridge freezer everything was immaculate. The bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe storage and very comfortable beds. The utility room was a good size and well equipped. The bathrooms all 3 had lots of storage and were lovely. The pool was great and the surroundings outside it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Everything in this villa was of top quality. I cannot praise it enough. I would highly recommend it. The only thing I would say is that we were 2 couples and it would have been a good thing to have 2 sets of keys. As if one of us went to Faro park and the other wanted to follow later one of us had to take the key back to them for the gate.
