The villa was as described in terms of rooms and facilities. All the rooms were a good size and had space for clothes etc. Some of the furniture was dated. The bathrooms were all fine. It would be useful to know which bathrooms have walk in showers and which have showers over a bath as when there are people with disabilities in the party, helps with planning. The crockery and cutlery in the villa did not match the overall standard of the villa although the glassware was fine. The blender was cracked and broken (we told the housekeeper at the end but realise it is not soemthing they would necessarily check. The children would have liked a second TV as playing games on one is more difficult the larger the party. The villa is really well located - amazing sea views an easy access to Coral Bay beach. Pool was great and is 1.3m deep which meant non swimmers could join in pool games. Also has table tennis and pool tables which were good. Gym only really has a treadmill and would benefit from some basic weights. The housekeeper was there to greet us and the welcome pack included soft drinks, beer, milk and fruit. It is a big villa so orientation can take a bit of time. Leah was very helpful and always responded to various queries. The only real gripe we had was that bin liners and toilet roll refills not provided. When you pay for a villa such as this it is not unreasonable to expect basics to be included. This villa was completely cleared of anything previous renters has left behind as some renters have requested this. We have used stuff left by previous holiday makers and also leave cupboard basics like oil etc. May just be useful to ask incoming folk if they would like to have to use as seems so wasteful but appreciate different people have different wishes so hard to keep everyone happy. Overall it is a lovely villa with an excellent location and easy access to restaurants, shops and the 615 bus which goes from Coral Bay all the way to the Tombs of Kings Station with access to harbour and town. Would highly recommend

Location of the villa is fantastic with direct access to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Size and layout of the villa was also great, however there were areas of the stay that disappointed. A lot of the fixtures and fitting are tired or don’t work. There is a gym however the equipment appeared non functioning. The bbq we managed to put together with bits we found around the villa. The sink next to the bbq is now just a pipe in the ground. There were broken inflatables left by the pool also they could consider providing more parasols at the pool area as there is limited shade. Glasses/ plastic glasses need to be in larger quantities ( if it was a maximum party they would struggle to have sufficient). The oven is not big enough to cook for a large party and the microwave is not secure within the kitchen Cockroaches are there and we encountered them most evenings inside and outside the villa but I think they are a part of Cypriot life - just didn’t realise they could fly! Leah, who greeted us on arrival, was great and any queries we had during our stay she dealt with very promptly and efficiently.

To access the villa there is a path which is 190cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 180cm wide. The width of the path to the pool area is 320cm wide and can only be accessed via the lower ground floor which requires step access. There are 15 steps in total. The pool area is tiled and flat. The pool itself has step access. The villa is over three floors. The king-size bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 74cm, whilst the ensuite has a door width of 69cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 82cm wide, and the shower room door is 65cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 154cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 89cm wide.
