One Team, One Wild Year

We started the year with a refreshed management team,
Bringing positivity and ideas to the dream.
The energy set the tone for collaboration bright,
Helping us tackle challenges and keep things right.

We kicked things off with training planned,
Teams united, hand in hand.
We launched a bold new overseas quest,
With just one RM from the past—our seasoned guest.

Fresh ideas, energy, processes refined,
The season arrived (with work well-defined!).
Villa checks and reports galore,
What management team could hope for more.

As the season got started, some things changed, 
Plans were adjusted, priorities rearranged. 
We flexed, adapted, and faced the unknown, 
Proving our strength in every zone. 

So team Cyprus deserves a mighty cheer, 
Changing managers yet powering through the year! 
Villas sorted, work achieved with grace, 
Even finding missing guests in record pace! 

Hilary and Colin are dog rescuers you know,
Saving furniture like a home décor show.
While across the world, Lorraine faced cockroaches by the ton,
And burst pipes (poo included)—what fun! 

And Turkey shines with modern flair, 
Stylish villas beyond compare. 
Yet floods and quirks keep us on our toes,
  Fixing issues as the water flows! 

Majorca spent big with fast-track might, 
Improving villas to make them just right. 
Luxury upgrades, no penny spared, 
Guests delighted, suppliers scared. 

Menorca faced snakes in a villa retreat, 
The manager said, “I’ll kill it!”—what a feat! 
Jess gripped a broom with all her might,
Ready to end that snake’s bold bite—
But fate (and the bosses) said, “Not today,”
So the serpent slithered and got away!

Steve Kemp checked pools for the perfect hue,
But being colour-blind made it quite the view!
“Is that blue or green?”—the eternal debate,
Yet somehow, the guests still thought they were great.

And villas in Algarve ? Oh, the locations we’ve seen,
Some perched on hills, others tucked in between.
One even sat right on the lively strip,
A holiday surprise for every trip!

Our advert was filmed in Zakynthos sun,
Showcasing villas and a job well done.
But one mystery still makes us grin,
Was Will in gold spandex when the cameras zoomed in?

And Greece—what a team, truly fantastic,
Teamwork so strong, almost gymnastic!
Lowest complaints, harmony in play,
I’m proud of you all in every way.

The Canary Islands—our winter brigade, 
Working year-round, no chance to evade. 
No end of Green pools and guests who insist, 
On 30 degrees - you get the gist!. 
True winter soldiers, strong and smart, 
Keeping it running like a work of art.

But Let’s not forget the heroes at home, 
Pre-travel and helpline, guest care on the phone. 
Answering questions, calming the fray,
Making sure guests have a perfect stay. 
We all contribute, we all unite, 
Helping each other to get it right! 

Escalations? Tough, but here’s the pleasure:
Knowing you all has been the true treasure.
Grumbles, yes—but never defeat,
One team together, that’s hard to beat.

Through fires, floods, guests and owners galore,
It’s a tough job that we still adore!.
My best memory? This bond we share,
A fantastic team showing such great care

With Kellie, Demi, Kat, and Sue by our side,
Guiding the Ops team with passion and pride.
Building the best with vision so clear,
Their support and strength keep us in gear!

Now, my RM and AM Colleagues
To all of you, my partners in crime,
It’s been a joy to work side by side—
Through challenges faced and goals we’ve won,
I’m grateful for each and every one!

Now most will close their iPads, 
take a well-earned rest, 
Winter break awaits—you’ve all been the best! 

But back in the UK, with management in sync, 
We’re planning improvements, pushing to the brink. 
Next year’s success will be bigger, bold and bright, 
We can’t wait to welcome you back, 2026 is in sight
