Access your booking

My Booking allows you to:
  • Review your booking details
  • Pay your balance
  • View your itinerary
  • Download your Directions / Key Information Document
  • Update Passenger Names and Dates of Birth
  • Add Advanced Passenger Information (API)
  • Add In resort Contact Number

Please Note: It can take up to 24 hours from booking for your booking to be available within the 'My Booking' system.


Make a Payment

When paying the balance, please only click once to avoid multiple payments. If you are unsure if your payment has gone through please log back into the My Booking page to view booking details. If you are still unsure please contact us, we will be happy to confirm if the payment was successful
