The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Sol Overview
This is a super cute, sunny lemon villa pretending to be a Menorcan cottage or ‘finca’. With a gorgeous, curved pool in the garden, fringed by a mature, tropical palm, Villa Sol is the perfect holiday home for up to six guests. It has a picture perfect deck with bright blue sun loungers and a turquoise, curved swimming pool. The house extends out to provide a shady patio for the al fresco dining table and a traditional Spanish BBQ rests at the side. Imagine being served fresh garlic prawns to add to your patatas bravas by the pool! Interiors are light and airy, with cream sofas, light wooden tables and white dining chairs. The kitchen has everything you’d expect to prepare meals when you’re not sampling the local fayre. Wooden beds with flowery quilts are a welcoming place to rest your head. Â
Set on the route into Cala en Bosch, it would take a twenty-minute stroll to reach the picturesque marina. Purpose built in the eighties, this resort has it all; a soft, sandy beach, a marina with souvenir shops and family-run eateries and some hip bars at night. Families will adore the Aqua Rock, one of the islands 3 water parks with water slides, go-karts and trampolines. Lots of fun for the young and young-at-heart.Â

To access the villa there is a path which is a car width wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 70cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide, the grounds are flat/even although there is a small step from the lounge to the terrace and the pool has steps with no handrail to enter. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
