Set just outside the buzz and thrills of Walt Disney World, West Haven offers a peaceful escape decorated with a rural countryside backdrop, swaying palm trees, and orange groves. Made up of six communities including The Shire, The Hamlet, The Sanctuary, The Abbey, The Manor and the Dales, stress seems to just slip away here, making it the perfect reprieve after a busy day spent at the parks. The buzz lies in the clubhouse; with its grill restaurant, arcades, and bar, there is very little temptation to move on. It’s easy to spend days splashing around in the pool complex, where you can slide down waterslides, sink into the hot tub, or unwind on the lazy river. When you’re not dipping your toes in the water, there are plush sun beds to laze the days away in style. Challenge the family to a game of basketball and volleyball on the courts, or hit up the fitness centre if you want a further workout. The shopping scene is something else altogether, with the bustling Posner Park shopping complex just a short drive away.

Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

All villa rental rates include preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels unless stated), pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and various levels of cleaning and preparation. For more details on what to expect before, during and after your stay please read our FAQs.
