You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Vizo Overview
Located close to the water park, Villa Vizo is a stunning three-bedroom villa designed wall to wall in a sleek modern design. Thoughtfully put together, both the interior and exterior of this villa have a lot to offer. Step into the spacious, contemporary living space with contrasting colours to stand out and compliment the plush furnishings. The lounge offers comfortable seating facing the large flat-screen TV with doors leading into the garden. In the fully-fitted kitchen, you'll find high-quality appliances to use throughout your stay and the beautiful dining table offers a comfy place to dine under the extravagant chandelier. Also on this level is the indoor pool area, enjoy a swim in the heated* pool or unwind and detox in the hamam and sauna*. Up on the first floor, two double bedrooms have a desk and an in-room bath as well as air conditioning and ensuite shower rooms. On the second floor, there's a further twin room with an ensuite shower room.
The garden has plenty of space for your whole group to spread out and enjoy the large pool. In one corner of the garden, you'll find a dining table and outdoor kitchen with a brick-built barbeque offering an alfresco dining experience. Unwind on the daybed at the head of the pool or the surrounding sun loungers. There's also a chance for friendly competition as you battle it out on the pool table.
