You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

The freshwater Blue Lagoon in Olu Deniz is one of Turkey's most photographed landmarks and can be reached within 15 minutes of this picturesque town.

Myself and 3 friends were originally booked for villa Gulten but because we arrived slightly early for check in the manager gave us a different villa so we could go straight in which was brilliant. The villa was well equipt with all amenities including plates, cups, cutlery, hairdryers and an iron and board. Location was brilliant although a little hard for the taxi driver to find at first but only a short walk into hisaranu which has everything, bars, shops, supermarkets etc. Approx 1hr 15mins from dalaman airport to the villa. The villa had 4 bedrooms an ensuite in each room on the 1st floor and 1 shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. The villa was well cleaned and spacious. The garden area with the pool was lovely and private, perfect for what we wanted. I would definitely recommend and will stay in one of these villas again in the future. Thank you.
