This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. Please note, many of the roads in Kalkan feature a steep gradient, and the finish of road surfaces in Turkey may be of varying standards. To access the villa there is an 130cm wide path and 2 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm. The door to the terrace is 144cm wide, the terrace around the pool is flat and paved, surrounded by various lawn areas with a few steps between levels. There is a ladder into the pool. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan, the door into this area is 94cm wide. There are no bedrooms located on the ground floor, with 2 on the first floor, and a further 1 on the second floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor, the widest first floor bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 68cm wide, this ensuite contains a shower. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
