This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide along with 38 steps. The front door has a width of 95cm. The door from the villa to the pool terrace is 132cm wide, the only access to the pool is from the living room patio doors. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 145cm wide, the outside area is paved and flat. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 190cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 500cm wide. There is no bedroom or bathroom on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor, the widest first floor bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 68cm wide, this ensuite contains a shower. There are also bedrooms and bathrooms located on the lower ground floor and the second floor, there are stairs to access each floor. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
