You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Lavender Overview
Located in the stunning Islamlar area of Kalkan, Villa Lavender is a modern style 3-storey villa with breathtaking views of the pineclad mountains, Patara Beach and the Meditteranean sea. Enter on the top floor, with private parking and a grand entrance. Inside, an entrance hall meets you with a seating area leading to lead to two bedrooms on either side. Each of the bedrooms has ensuite facilities finished in marble and air conditioning. With a total floor space of 275m2, you're bound to find you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to finding somewhere to unwind. On the middle level of the villa, a spacious, partially open-plan living space comprises a lounge, kitchen and dining area with access to balconies with captivating views. The bottom level has a further hall with seating and two more bedrooms with direct access to the pool-level terrace. Outdoors, the fantastic heatable* infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for you to admire the views in bliss. Under the covered terrace, comfortable seating offers the ideal place to enjoy an ice-cold drink whilst the alfresco dining table with umbrella is great for a family meal.
Being one of six villas situated within an exclusive community area, Villa Lavender offers less-crowded surroundings than the usual Kalkan atmosphere. The closest local area would be Islamlar village, set in the foothills of the Toros mountain range this region is to be experienced at a slow pace. Renting a car at this location will be ideal for exploring the fantastic viewpoints dotted along the hilltops. For a more fast-paced tourist experience, guests will enjoy the brilliant Kalkan Bay packed with bars and restaurants but still rich in history from its Greek past.

Due to the design of the villa, it may not be suitable for guests who have walking difficulties or difficulty tackling stairs.
The twin beds are the default in this villa, however, for guests who'd prefer double beds they can be transformed to become doubles.
Please note that this property contains a ladder-effect internal staircase. Please do not allow children to use as climbing apparatus and remain supervised.
