Please note, this villa sits in a hill/mountainous area of Kalkan. The road leading to the villa is of a track nature with limited passing places. The parking area is on a lower level, and the drive is sloped and shared with the neighbouring property. There are a number of external steps to the ground floor. The pool has step access, whilst the terrace is flat. There is a small lip over the patio door frames. The bed requires step access, as can be seen in the images, this is slightly raised.
