You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Set in the hills of Kalkan with stunning views over the bay, Villa Gold Plus One is a lovely villa welcoming groups of up to 10. Decorated throughout with several styles, this villa is oozing with character and has plush furniture throughout creating a bright and cosy atmosphere. The large open-plan living space on the ground floor comprises seating areas, dining space and also a fully-fitted modern kitchen. Two seating areas provide ample space for all guests and both a ceiling fan and air conditioning will ensure you stay cool. On the first floor, three bedrooms all with ensuite facilities offer vibrant quarters to unwind in after a long day of exploration. The further two bedrooms are situated on the second floor with access to the roof terrace as well as air conditioning and ensuite facilities.
Outdoors, the inviting infinity pool spreads 12 metres across the terrace with steps access and separate shallow sections. An exterior day bed offers a cosy place to unwind in the sunshine. Also surrounding the pool are modern sun loungers with parasols and incredible sea views. The covered terrace area has a comfortable sofa and dining table to enjoy alfresco meals.
When you're out and about you'll find the location ideal for reaching local amenities. Markets and restaurants are just a short walk away making it easy to pick up the essentials and have a bite to eat. A little further down the sloping hills, you'll reach the bustling resort centre where there are ample bars, restaurants and shops for you to explore and indulge in.
