Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 88m wide alongside 33 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 165cm wide. From the front of the property to the poolside, there are 2 steps to get to the terrace. There is also a small lip over the patio doors to the terrace. The pool has step access and the terrace is flat and tiled. Inside, there are 2 steps from the front door and the ground floor bedroom to the living room and kitchen. The ground floor bedroom door is 76cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 67cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 87cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 500cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
