You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Alkin is an imposing villa located on the main road leading over the popular fishing town of Kalkan & set in an elevated position offering panoramic sea views. Designed over three levels, this spacious and detached villa offers a large open planned lounge and kitchen with patio doors and floor to ceiling windows offering uninterrupted sea views , also on this level is a cloak room and a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
On the first floor are two twin bedroom and a double bedroom all with shower room ensuite. On the second floor is a utility room with washing machine and a double bedroom with a bathroom ensuite. All bedrooms on the first and second level have patio doors to the wrap around balconies and the ground floor bedroom has patio doors to the terrace. The lounge and all bedrooms come with air-conditioning for your comfort and WiFi is ready available throughout the villa.
Outside the villa there are plenty of sunbeds and sun umbrellas positioned around your own private infinity swimming pool. A large dining table is to the side of the swimming along with a brick BBQ for lazy evenings dining with friends and families under the starts.
For those wanting to venture out, the bustling town of Kalkan can be reached within a fifteen minute walk. Villa Alkin is the perfect choice for a Solmar villa experience and for larger families and groups of friends
