To access the villa there is a path which is 87cm wide alongside 4 steps that vary from 12cm to 25cm in height. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 76cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and mostly flat, with a mixture of concrete crazy paving and artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 68cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 68cm.
