To access the villa there is an open path which is 196cm wide with 15 steps. The front door and other access door both have a door width of 88cm. The outside is an open paved terrace which is relatively flat, the pool path is 500cm and the pool itself has ladder access. On entering the villa via the side door there is one step that’s 16cm high. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm and the widest bathroom door is 59cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom and bathroom door both have a width of 70cm.
