This stunning villa located in the luscious green hills of Estepona has breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and bays. Enter into the large living space, tiled throughout and decorated with classic and tasteful touches. The rooms are filled with light thanks to the many large windows surrounding the property. In the lounge area, you'll find comfortable seating and a large Smart TV enabling guests to access their own Netflix accounts during their stay. In the dining area, the timeless wooden dinner table with a polished finish gives diners a great view over the terrace and of the calm seas. The elegant kitchen has a 6-ring hob, and an array of appliances to adhere to your needs throughout your stay. Just off the kitchen is the storage room and laundry room which has access to the side garden. Next to this is the gym and fitness room with a variety of machines and equipment for your exercise needs. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning and ensuite facilities for ultimate comfort and privacy throughout your stay. On the top floor, the large suite with a double bed and vanity area has a very generous bathroom with a whirlpool bath and walk-in shower. This suite leads out onto a private balcony offering unmatched views of the surrounding area.

We love this villa because of its expansive outdoor area. We know when you're on holiday you want to make the most of your time outdoors and this villa really caters to that. The incredible pool has Roman steps entry from two sides and a built-in seating area with jets. Enjoy lounging around on the sunbeds or take shade under the large covered terrace and kick back on the modern outdoor furniture. Under the pergola, you'll find an outdoor kitchen with raised seating, BBQ and alfresco dining facilities. Next to this is the hot tub, which has incredible views of the landscape. There are two annexes, one holding the sauna which leads out onto a covered terrace with seating and a hammock. The other annexe holds your own private bar, which has an ice machine and shower room. Further afield, the mature gardens are filled with several fruit trees with steps leading down to the putting green and tennis court*. 

The local area of Estepona is not to be missed, if you manage to pull yourself away from the villa it's definitely worth exploring. You can follow the road up to find a local hiking spot which has even more impeccable views of the landscape and sea. If you head to the resort centre, there's a wonderful mix of tourist attractions from historical centres to the wide-spanning Estepona shores leading to the port. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants and bars or finding a spot on the sandy beach.
