The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door and kitchen/dining room doors are 86cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 70cm wide, the path to the pool is 80cm wide. The outside grounds are partially grassed with the rest of the area being paved stoned, the grounds are relatively flat. The pool has steps.
