The Beach House is a frontline villa offering a very exclusive position to the shores of Marbella!

This property is designed over one level and offers two double bedrooms and one twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the two remaining bedrooms share a shower room. The property provides for very spacious living. A fully equipped kitchen leads to a large lounge with patio doors out to a glass conservatory perfect for all day dining, winter or summer, while watching the waves rolling in. Open terrace with barbecue and garden area and private access to the beach.

The Beach House has its own electric gates for free private secure parking. The property has full air conditioning in every room. There is a private swimming pool open all year with lots of green garden area for private sunbathing and you have the option to have the pool heated for an additional charge. The town centre of San Pedro is just a 7 minute drive away, and less than a 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus and 15 minutes to Marbella. With plenty of good restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and activities within easy reach, The Beach House is the perfect retreat for families or if you are looking for somewhere just to relax and unwind.

Accessibility

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 2 steps. One step is 15cm in height, and the other is 20cm in height. The parking area is on a very slight slope. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 125cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and a mixture of tiles and lawn. The pool sits within the lawn area. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The master bedroom door is 68cm wide, whilst the family bathroom door is 70cm wide.
