To access the villa there is a path which is 104cm with 21 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is relatively flat and tiled; there are four steps leading from the kitchen to the pool area. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground floor property; there are five steps leading towards the bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have a door width of 69cm, whilst the bathroom also has a door width of 69cm.
