To access the villa there is an open path which is 91cm wide with one step. From the driveway to the front door there is a slight incline of approximately 25 metres. The front door has a width of 85cm whilst the other doors to terrace have a width of 185cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. The pool itself has step access. The villa is a ground floor only property, inside the villa, the widest bedroom door and bathroom door is 71cm.
