You enter the villa via the front door (78cm) off the drive, the drive has a slope and is level at the top & bottom, at the front door you have 4 steps without rail, then 4 steps with walls on both sides. From here you can also access the whole garden. To the left of the front door are another 4 steps, which take you to the terrace and pool area from the outside, you have a wall to hold here. Once inside the hall to the left is a large opening to an open plan lounge/living kitchen area, patio doors at the end open (130cm) onto the patio & pool, here again, you have the 2 steps down to the pool and garden off the terrace. The hall off the lounge has the bedrooms and bathrooms all have doors of (78cm) the bathroom/shower rooms have 2 sliding glass doors they are corner showers with an opening of (47cm). The pool has a large open step at the top with 2 more into the pool. From the end of the pool area, you can access the lower BBQ, at the far end of the pool garden you have 2 steps that take you down a small incline to a level area underneath. Also, an outside toilet is available here.
