To access the villa there is an open path which is 310cm wide with two steps. The front door has a width of 76cm whilst the terrace doors have a width of 107cm. There are three steps to the terrace from the back of the villa. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. The pool itself has step access. There are 16 steps to the first floor. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door and bathroom door is 70cm.
