To access the villa there is an open path which is 80cm wide with 11 steps. The front door has a door width of 80cm whilst other access doors have a width of 160cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace with a small patch of lawn which is relatively flat. There are 13 steps from the ground floor to the terrace area. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm whilst the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 68cm. There are 13 steps to the lower ground floor, where the widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is 58cm.
