To access the villa the path is 140cm wide along with 14 steps to the front door. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 230cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 112cm wide. The grounds around the villa are mostly flat with some sloping. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide. The door into the lounge area has a width of 93cm. There is 1 step up to the lounge/dining areas. The accommodation and bedrooms are all set over one floor.
