You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Say Hola to the wonderful Villa Vicenta, located on the East Coast, this stunning villa is a great choice for those wanting to explore this sunny side of Spain
Upon entering the villa, you will find a homely lounge with smart TV and dining room, which had doors that open out onto a large covered terrace, ideal for a morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Four bedrooms lead off from the main living area, one is ensuite, and the rest share a full bathroom.
Villa Vicenta boasts a large 10m pool surrounded by Roman-style balustrades and an evergreen garden. If you look closely, you might even spot the orange bush hiding away. For alfresco dining, there's the choice of the large terrace off the lounge or down by the pool area.
Local restaurants and shops are a short walk away, where you can spend your evenings enjoying local tapas, fresh seafood and traditional paellas. Alternatively, the nearby beach resort of Platja de l'Arenal is a moderate stroll, or a short 5-minute taxi ride away. Enjoy a day on the golden sands, lined with beach bars and eateries, making for a great day out.

Paths from the villa to the pool area are 112cm wide. The grounds around the villa are mostly flat with some sloping. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide. The door into the lounge area has a width of 93cm. There is 1 step up to the lounge/dining areas. The accommodation and bedrooms are all set over one floor. The widest bedroom door is 72cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 60cm wide.
