You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

When we picture a relaxing Costa Blanca escape, Villa Rosa instantly comes to mind. Nestled on a verdant hillside with Montgo Mountain as its backdrop, it doesn’t get more scenic than this. Set in Javea, you’re just a stone’s throw away from its history-swept old town lined with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Sink your toes into its two standout beaches, proudly waving their Blue Flags; the pebbly La Grava is lined by a bustling promenade, while Arenal Bay is swathed with golden sands and shallow waters. After a busy day of sightseeing, the best way to unwind is on the terrace, overlooked by the soaring mountainscape. The best chill spot is the sparkling fifteen-metre pool, where you can enjoy morning swims in the crisp, fresh air. With ample sun loungers across the terraces and poolside, there’s plenty of space to soak up the sun. If you’d rather cool down in the shade, retreat to the upper balcony or hang out under the parasol-covered outdoor dining space. You can even enjoy lunch straight from the grill with a barbecue at your disposal.
Villa Rosa is as traditional as it can get, with its rustic stonework, wooden beams, curved archways, and terracotta-tiled roofs. A classic Spanish home, the authentic style continues inside with old stone wall features, antique wooden furnishings, and soft colour schemes. The living room is warm and welcoming, with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV surrounding the traditional brick fireplace. Utterly charming, the kitchen is decked out with quaint wooden cabinetry, an old-style pantry, and high-end appliances. Across the villa are four bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to eight adults overall.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 235cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 134cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The path to the poolside is 80cm wide, whilst the terrace is uneven in places. The pool is on a lower level. Inside, the ground floor is accessed via 12 steps. The master bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 79cm wide. The lower ground floor bedroom however can be accessed with minimal steps. The double bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
