You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Reina Overview
Villa Reina is a stylish, modern property located in the Pinosol area of Javea, just two kilometres from Arenal Beach. You'll be well-equipped for alfresco living here, whether that involves basking in the Costa Blanca sunshine next to the villa’s private pool, admiring the views from the terrace or sipping sangria in the shaded outdoor lounge.
The villa offers a modern architectural style, with large glass windows and doors, and fresh whitewashed interiors. The main living space is contemporarily furnished and comprises of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, which all face the swimming pool. There are two sets of patio doors which lead directly on to the pool terrace and allow light to flood through the main areas.
Sleeping up to four guests, this is the perfect base for couples on a romantic getaway or small groups. There are two spacious bedrooms to wind down, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom, and a twin room. The master bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking the pool area and there is an additional terrace at the side of the property with modern glass panels and Mediterranean plants.
