Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.
This is our 6th booking with Solmar Villas. The service is amazing. We book on line and get a follow up phone call, to ask if there is anything else they can support us with. The staff are really helpful, this also includes the representative’s in resort. Would highly recommend Solmar Villas.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 3 steps. There is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 93cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 93cm wide. There is 1 step down to the terrace area. There are stepping stones to the poolside. The terrace is made up of tiles and lawn. Inside, there are 2 steps from the hallway, and 1 internal step to the ground floor bedroom. The ground floor bedroom door is 81cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 80cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 183cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 183cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
