Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 87cm wide. Outside, there is 1 step down onto the terrace, 1 step down onto the lawn area, and 1 further step down to the poolside. The poolside is accessed via stepping stones over the grass. Inside, there are 2 steps from the lounge to the dining area, and 2 steps to the hallway from the bedrooms. The master bedroom door is 62cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is also 62cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 66cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 66cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
