You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 87cm wide. Outside, there is 1 step down onto the terrace, 1 step down onto the lawn area, and 1 further step down to the poolside. The poolside is accessed via stepping stones over the grass. Inside, there are 2 steps from the lounge to the dining area, and 2 steps to the hallway from the bedrooms. The master bedroom door is 62cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is also 62cm wide.
