You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Bonita is a designed as a wonderful oasis for relaxation, found In a little enclave surrounded by well-tended trees and garden with olives and pines, it is just a short drive or steady stroll to the main Arenal Beach area with numerous bars, restaurants and shops on offer.
The villa has been completely renovated within the last year. The stylish and light kitchen/diner is a dream, with American style fridge-freezer and a stunning marble island with breakfast bar, this is open to the comfortable lounge with satellite TV.
There are three large double bedrooms and two new shower bathrooms, enjoy an morning coffee on the balcony whilst the sun rises, ready for a warm day under the Spanish sun.
Outside is where this villa truly is Something Special. There are several lounging and dining areas, sumptuous furnishings and even your own Tiki bar. There is not only a gas BBQ but also a full outside kitchen, featuring a wine cooler, hob and plenty of food preparation space. To finish off comfortable sun-beds and parasols surround the beautiful azure pool making this oasis your own private area.
If you can tear yourself away from the villa, why not visit the costal, historic jewel of Javea, treat yourself to some local fresh produce to cook up on the BBQ, or fill any remaining space in your suitcase with items from some of the little boutique shops. If food is the way to your heart, you will not be short of beautiful Mediterranean restaurants, where you can enjoy a catch of the day with some locally sourced wine.

The villa is located on a small hill. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide. The front door has a width of 77cm whereas the other access door has a width of 110cm. The width of the pool path is 82cm with an uneven terrace and 6 steps down to the pool area. The bedroom located on the ground floor has a door width of 73cm whereas the ground floor bathroom has a door width of 60cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door has a width of 71cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 60cm.
