This villa is situated in a hilly area. To access the villa there is an open path which is 90cm wide and 28 steps. The front door and doors to terrace both have a door width of 78cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. Inside the villa, all the rooms are located on the first floor, there are 28 steps to the first floor. The widest bedroom door has a width of 72cm whilst the widest bathroom door has a width of 70cm. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 71cm whilst the door into the lounge is 99cm.
