If you're looking for an unforgettable beach holiday with cultural attractions and breathtaking scenery, the coastal town of Denia offers a perfect villa holiday on the Costa Blanca. Take a walk around Denia's historical centre to witness a heady mix of modern architecture and ancient neighbourhoods, where elegant buildings and old fishermen's houses sit side by side. A visit to Denia Castle is a must – it’s the symbol of the city and from the top there is an incredible view of the old town and Montgó Mountain which separates Denia and Javea. There are several local markets near the castle if you wish to experience some of the colours and flavours of the local gastronomy.

Amongst the lush countryside at the mountain foothills is the Natural Reserve, with numerous trails for biking or hiking and a wealth of flora and fauna like no other. Fancy a day at the beach? To access the villa there is an open path which is 79cm wide with one step. The front door and other access door both have a door width of 128cm. The outside is an open lawn terrace which is relatively flat, with one step to the pool area, the width of the pool path is 200cm. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom and bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 70cm and the bathroom door has a width of 74cm.
