Dominated by the imposing image of the Rock of Ifach, Calpe sits on the shores of the Mediterranean, surrounded by a beautiful landscape filled with mountains and vineyards. This stunning holiday villa in Calpe, offers a private pool and can accommodate up to 12 people. It features six bedrooms and five bathrooms all with complimentary air conditioning providing a comfortable stay during the summer months. You'll find an external annex on the terrace containing two bedrooms, a further lower ground floor annex with two more bedrooms, and the last two bedrooms located up an external staircase within the main house.

Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a 9x4 kidney pool and an outdoor shower. The large plot also includes a delightful summer kitchen and a barbecue area with a plancha for outdoor dining, a bar for preparing drinks, and several wooded areas with furniture for relaxation. Additionally, the villa features parking space for up to 5 vehicles on the same plot.

Head out to visit the Marina, the promenade and eleven kilometres of coastline, marked by cliffs, beaches and coves. Another attraction is one of the symbols of the town, the Rock of Ifach, a huge calcareous rock, 332 metres high, that penetrates the sea and gave the town its name. The best views of Calpe and its coastline are seen from the top of the rock, accessible through guided tours at the park.
