Terms and Conditions
You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

We have chosen Villa Puchero for our collection due to its grandeur and location, this impressive four-bedroom detached villa is perfect for those not wanting to drive whilst on holiday. Designed on one level, the main floor accessed via external stairs offers a well-appointed living area with dining options and beautiful views of Calpe, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. Air conditioning is available in the lounge and all bedrooms for your comfort and Wi-Fi is readily available. Exterior steps lead you down to your beautiful swimming pool surrounded by beautiful plants and well-kept shrubs, perfect for long, lazy days of swimming and soaking up the sun. A large supermarket is 800m away from the villa and the busy tourist resort of Calpe with its sandy beach can be discovered in a 10-minute walk.
*The ground floor of this villa is not accessible to guests and is not in use during rental periods.
