You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Jesica is an impressive seven bedroom property located in an urbanisation on the outskirts of Calpe and is ideal for larger families, families travelling together or groups of friends. Designed over two levels, the ground floor offers a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom, a twin bedroom with air conditioning and a shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor with a double bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom, three further double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and two shower rooms. Outside the pool is generously proportioned and private, with a convenient poolside shower, perfect for long, lazy days of swimming and soaking up the sun. Calpe is a busy tourist resort on the Costa Blanca and just a short drive from the villa you will find popular sandy beaches too.

Paths from the villa to the pool area are 150cm wide and there are 2 steps down to the pool. At the front of the villa, the area is flat but the garden to the rear is uneven. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 68cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor. All of the bedrooms on the first floor have a door width of 68cm and all of the bathrooms have a door width of 69cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 150cm wide.
