To access the villa there is a path that is 120cm wide along with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 150cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 150cm wide and there are 2 steps down to the pool. At the front of the villa, the area is flat but the garden to the rear is uneven. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 68cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor. All of the bedrooms on the first floor have a door width of 68cm and all of the bathrooms have a door width of 69cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 150cm wide.
