The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 8 steps to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge door is 87cm wide, the lounge is on the first floor level, the kitchen/dining room door is 120cm wide, the kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and paved stoned, there are multiple steps to the garden grounds which are gravelled and tiled with shrubbery. The pool has steps. There is a step down to the ground floor bedrooms, the ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 62cm wide, the bathroom is shower type. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
