Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is situated in a hilly area. To access the villa there is an open path which is 95cm wide with 19 steps. The front door and doors to terrace both have a door with of 83cm. The outside is an open terrace with lawn which is relatively flat. The pool path is 78cm wide, the pool itself has ladder access. There are numerous of steps from the parking area to the villa. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 60cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor., where the bedroom door is 68cm and the bathroom door has a width of 70cm. The width of the door into the kitchen is 70cm whilst the door into the lounge area is 114cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
