Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 106cm wide alongside 9 steps. The driveway is made up of gravel. There is also a ramp to the front door and terrace. The front door has a width of 58cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 86cm wide. From inside the villa, there is 1 small step onto the terrace. Outside, the terrace is flat and tiled. This is a ground floor property. Inside, the master bedroom door is 72cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 108cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 104cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
