The villa is located just off the main road and has a steep drive with a hill. To access the villa there is a path that is 88cm wide along with 10 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 80cm wide. The villa grounds are uneven. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 74cm and both of the bathrooms have a door width of 67cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor. The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor have a door width of 68cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 68cm wide.
