Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 16 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is tiled with 2 steps down from the covered seating area to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder access. There is a small internal step to reach the bedrooms. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 60cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
