Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is located in a private gated complex. To access the villa there are 10 steps leading to a path which is 76cm wide with one step that provides access to the villa. The front door has a width of 76cm whilst other access doors have a width of 90cm. The outside is an open terrace which is relatively flat, there are 15 steps leading toward the pool area. Inside the villa, no bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There are 15 steps to the lower ground floor and 16 steps to the second lower ground floor. The widest bedroom door is 67cm and the widest shower room door is 68cm. The width of the door into the lounge is 79cm whilst the door into the kitchen area is 90cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
