We love that you don't require a car to get out and about, tucked away on a cul-de-sac on the other side of the main road, a stroll into the centre takes around 15 minutes. Playa de Burriana is a stroll in the other direction where you'll find many restaurants and the long strip of sandy beach where you can enter the beautiful waters.

To access the villa there is a path which is 84cm wide. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The path to the poolside is 100cm wide. There is a slight lip of 6cm over the patio doors to the terrace. After this, there are 14 steps down to the poolside. The pool area itself is flat and tiled. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 15 steps to the first floor, where the bathroom and bedrooms doors are 66cm wide.
